The Installer program is integrated with our Smart Energy Management System (SEMS) portal. To join, log in to the GoodWe Community using your SEMS Installer Organization representative account. If your company does not yet have a SEMS account, please register here.
Pass the Certification Exam
Complete the certification exam to qualify as a GoodWe PLUS+ Installer Company. Membership is registered to the company, not individual employees.

Frequently Asked Questions
Solar and electrical installer companies in the EMEA region can qualify for membership by logging into the GoodWe Community with a SEMS Organization representative installer account and passing the certification exam. Training materials are freely available in the community to help you prepare.
All training materials, including on-demand videos and guides, are freely accessible in the GoodWe Community. The GoodWe PLUS+ Exam Preparation Playlist provides structured learning content. You can review these materials at your own pace before taking the exam.
Once you successfully pass the certification exam, your SEMS account will be upgraded to GoodWe PLUS+ status within a few days. You will receive an email confirmation, and from that moment, all eligible products installed and registered in SEMS will start earning points. Warranty benefits will also be activated where applicable.
We encourage installers to explore the GoodWe Community, where you can access professional resources, including technical articles, training videos, and live webinars for discussions. The community forum offers an interactive space to connect with industry peers and receive official responses from the GoodWe team.

Warranty benefits for GoodWe PLUS+ members in EU, UK, Switzerland, and Norway at no extra cost:
· FREE Warranty extension to 10 years for Hybrid Inverters (EM, ES, SBP, ES G2, ET PLUS+, ET PLUS+ (16A), ET 5-10kW, ET 15-30kW and EH series) for residential applications up to 30kW installed in combination with Batteries (Lynx Home U, Lynx Home F Battery, or Lynx Home F PLUS+).
· FREE Warranty extension to 10 years for XS, XS PLUS+, DNS, MS, MS G3, SDT G2 and SDT G2 PLUS+ series string inverters up to 20kW.
