The Installer program is integrated with our Smart Energy Management System (SEMS) portal. To join, log in to the GoodWe Community using your SEMS Installer Organization representative account. If your company does not yet have a SEMS account, please register here while selecting the European server.

Complete the certification exam to qualify as a GoodWe PLUS+ Installer Company. Membership is registered to the company, not individual employees.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can join the GoodWe PLUS+ Program?

The program is available to eligible installer companies in the countries designated by GoodWe. An installer must have an installer account registered on the European server of the SEMS Portal and meet the applicable membership requirements.

How do I become a GoodWe PLUS+ Member?

There are two ways to qualify for membership: pass the GoodWe PLUS+ exam on the GoodWe PLUS+ community platform or complete a GoodWe training programme designated as qualifying for PLUS+ membership. Membership becomes active once confirmed by GoodWe.

What are the GoodWe PLUS+ Membership Levels?

There are three levels: PLUS+, Silver and Gold. New members start at PLUS+ with 0 points. Members can progress to Silver after earning 2,000 Installation Points and to Gold after earning 10,000 Installation Points during a Calendar Year.

How do I move from PLUS+ to Silver or Gold?

Your Membership Level is determined by the number of Installation Points you earn during the applicable Calendar Year. Only Installation Points earned from eligible GoodWe product installations count towards qualification for Silver or Gold. Once you reach the required threshold, your higher Membership Level is awarded automatically.

How long does my Membership Level remain valid?

A Membership Level achieved during a Calendar Year remains valid for the remainder of that year and the following Calendar Year. If you earn enough Installation Points to reach a higher level in the following year, you are automatically upgraded to that higher level. If you do not earn enough Installation Points to qualify for Silver or Gold during a Calendar Year, your Membership Level reverts to PLUS+ at the beginning of the following year.

How can I earn GoodWe PLUS+ Points?

GoodWe PLUS+ Points can be earned through eligible activities designated by GoodWe, including eligible GoodWe product installations, Ambassador Activities, promotional campaigns, designated training activities, events and other qualifying activities. Only GoodWe PLUS+ Points awarded for eligible product installations (Installation Points) count towards qualification for Silver and Gold Membership.

How many points do I get for installing GoodWe products?

The number of Installation Points depends on the GoodWe product or product series installed. The applicable point values are published by GoodWe through the Program Platform or other official GoodWe Communication Channels.

Where do I need to register an installation to earn points?

Your installer SEMS account must be registered on the European server of the SEMS Portal, and the installation must be registered under that installer account, which must already have GoodWe PLUS+ membership status. Installation Points are awarded for eligible installations registered under the appropriate GoodWe PLUS+ installer account.

When will my Installation Points be added to my account?

Installation Points are normally credited at the beginning of the calendar month following the month in which the eligible installation was successfully registered. If you believe your Installation Points have not been credited as expected, please contact goodwe.plus@goodwe.com.

Do Gold Members receive any additional points?

Yes. Gold Members receive 1.5× the applicable Installation Points for each eligible new installation while their Gold Membership Level is valid.

What can I use my GoodWe PLUS+ Points for?

You can redeem your available GoodWe PLUS+ Points through the Points Mall for available Rewards. These may include gifts and merchandise, products or services, eligible warranty extension benefits and other Rewards designated by GoodWe.

Can I use my points to get a warranty extension?

Yes. Where available, eligible Participants can redeem GoodWe PLUS+ Points for warranty extension benefits for designated GoodWe products. The applicable GoodWe Limited Warranty for Inverter System (for Europe) governs the duration, eligibility requirements, exclusions, limitations and other warranty conditions. If there is any inconsistency, the applicable warranty document prevails with respect to warranty matters.

Are there any complimentary warranty benefits?

Yes. GoodWe may provide complimentary warranty extension benefits for eligible GoodWe products to Participants who meet the applicable requirements. The applicable GoodWe Limited Warranty for Inverter System (for Europe) governs the availability, scope, duration, exclusions, limitations and other warranty conditions. If there is any inconsistency, the applicable warranty document prevails with respect to warranty matters.

How long do my GoodWe PLUS+ Points remain valid?

GoodWe PLUS+ Points remain valid until 31 December of the Calendar Year following the Calendar Year in which they were earned. For example, GoodWe PLUS+ Points earned during 2026 expire on 31 December 2027.

How can I earn points through the Ambassador Benefit?

Eligible Participants can earn 500 GoodWe PLUS+ Points by completing the applicable Ambassador Activity for qualifying educational or promotional videos about GoodWe and/or its products, solutions or services. The video and required information must be submitted through the designated submission form and will be reviewed by GoodWe before the points are credited. The submitted video must meet the applicable requirements published by GoodWe, and the same video may qualify only once for the GoodWe PLUS+ Points awarded under the applicable Ambassador Activity.

Program Terms and Conditions

● The GoodWe PLUS+ Program is designed to recognise and reward eligible GoodWe installer companies in Europe through exclusive benefits, three membership levels and GoodWe PLUS+ Points. Eligible installers can join by passing the GoodWe PLUS+ exam or completing a qualifying GoodWe training.

● Members can progress from PLUS+ to Silver and Gold based on the GoodWe PLUS+ Installation Points earned. Silver requires 2,000 Installation points and Gold requires 10,000 Installation points within a calendar year. Gold Members receive 1.5× Installation Points while their Gold status is valid.

● Members can earn GoodWe PLUS+ Points through eligible GoodWe installations, Ambassador Activities, promotional campaigns and other qualifying activities. Installation Points are credited to the installer's GoodWe PLUS+ account in accordance with the Program rules.

● GoodWe PLUS+ Points can be redeemed through the Points Mall for gifts, eligible warranty extensions and other Rewards. Members may also benefit from complimentary warranty extensions and other exclusive Program Benefits, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements.

● GoodWe PLUS+ Points expire at the end of the calendar year following the year in which they are earned. Participation in the GoodWe PLUS+ Program is subject to the full GoodWe PLUS+ Program Terms & Conditions.
