GoodWe Enhances Loyalty Program Across Europe, Boosting Value for Solar Installers
GoodWe, a world-leading inverter manufacturer and energy storage solutions provider, has amplified its GoodWe PLUS+ loyalty program for solar installers. The upgrade introduces a tiered award system based on inverters installed, taking effect immediately across all European markets.
In 2022, GoodWe secured the spot as the third largest supplier of solar inverters in Europe according to Wood Mackenzie. By strengthening the offering towards PV installers, the company is further reinforcing its standing within the industry.
With program benefits such as complimentary warranty extensions and free technical training, the GoodWe PLUS+ installer loyalty initiative is already well-established in the region. The upgraded GoodWe PLUS+ scheme introduces a fresh approach, assigning award points for each installed inverter registered on the GoodWe SEMS Platform, accumulating towards status advancements. Upon achieving silver or gold status, accrued points can be redeemed for valuable gifts and prizes, or exchanged for warranty extensions at an advantageous rate.
“By continuously investing in and expanding the GoodWe PLUS+ installer loyalty program, we aim to create further value for installers in our region," emphasized Ali Bouattour, Technical Director of GoodWe Europe GmbH. "We are delighted to introduce this significant milestone in the program's evolution and invite all installers to sign up and enjoy the advantages it offers."
Warranty extensions are a fundamental aspect of the loyalty program, offering reassurance to installers and end-customers alike. As part of a current promotion, the warranties for jointly installed GoodWe residential batteries and hybrid inverters will automatically be extended to 10 years at no additional cost, subject to specific criteria including GoodWe PLUS+ membership. The promotion, previously covering hybrid inverters up to 10kW, has recently been expanded to include the hybrid inverter series ET 15-30kW. The upgraded GoodWe PLUS+ program is available for all eligible solar installation companies in Europe. Companies that have already attained GoodWe PLUS+ status will automatically be enrolled in the new system and are awarded points for all inverter installations registered on the GoodWe SEMS platform in 2023. Companies aspiring to join the program can do so via the new GoodWe online training platform or through interactive webinars.
