GoodWe Achieves Improved CDP Score with Transparency and Action on Climate Change

GoodWe Achieves Improved CDP Score with Transparency and Action on Climate Change -News-GOODWE

Munich, Germany, 11/02/2026

GoodWe improved its 2025 CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project) Climate Change rating from B- to B, advancing into the “Management” level for climate performance.

CDP is one of the world’s most influential environmental disclosure systems, with more than 20,000 companies participating annually. Its ratings are widely referenced by investors, supply chain partners, and other stakeholders in investment decision-making, supply chain management, and ESG risk assessment. Under the more rigorous and integrated 2025 CDP assessment framework, GoodWe's achievement of B rating reflects its continued progress in climate risk integration, energy performance, and environmental transparency.

GoodWe responds to global climate action with consistently high standards, recognizing climate change as a double materiality issue within its sustainability strategy and embedding it into corporate governance and operational decision-making.

At the governance level, an ESG Strategy and Management Committee oversees ESG-related topics, including climate change, with the companies own Sustainable Development Research Institute responsible for execution and coordination. At the strategic level, GoodWe assesses the potential impacts of climate change on operations, supply chain resilience, and regulatory compliance, while continuously conducting greenhouse gas verification and environmental performance tracking. The company is among the early players in the industry to complete Scope 3 emissions verification.

Moving forward, GoodWe will further strengthen its climate governance and deepen its dual management framework for organizational and product carbon emissions. Together with industry partners, the company remains committed to accelerating the green transition and delivering resilient, competitive solutions for the global energy transition.
