New Customer Support Program 


To further enhance its service capabilities, GoodWe has launched a new after-sales support program featuring a dedicated team of experienced professionals based in Athens. The program covers advanced troubleshooting, warranty management, spare parts logistics, and project performance monitoring both remotely and on-site as needed. 


GoodWe’s technical teams work closely with partners’ operations and maintenance staff to ensure long-term system reliability and optimal PV park performance throughout the lifecycle of each project.
