The SMT 80kW Series string inverter presents an excellent solution for commercial and industrial (C&I) applications, offering enhanced productivity through increased energy yields and remarkable power density. It is specifically designed to accommodate high-power PV modules, featuring 6 MPPTs and a high input current of 21A per DC string, resulting in improved overall yield. Safety remains our top priority and both the DC and AC sides of the inverter are equipped with Type II surge protection.

The SMT series features an impressive 150% DC input oversizing capacity which allows full load output during extreme weather conditions. Increasing to 6 MPP trackers guarantees optimal energy production even under lower solar radiation. Furthermore, the inverter achieves a maximum efficiency of 98.6%, ensuring excellent performance and energy utilization.

With its robust design, the inverter can easily handle rough environments. Along with the integrated AFCI 3.0 protection, the surge protection device protects the installation components and ensures safe operation. The inverter is equipped with both DC and AC Type II surge protection and with optional PID recovery.
