How It Works?

Purchase
Purchase an eligible GoodWe model from authorized GoodWe distributor or reseller during the campaign period.

Log in
Visit goodwerewards.eu and log in using your SEMS credentials. Complete your profile on first login. Once verified, you’ll receive your virtual reloadable GoodWe Mastercard®.

Submit
Go to the Claim page, and enter all the required fields for the purchase including serial number details, purchase date, proof of purchase. We have a bulk upload option for 20 plus serial numbers, making claiming easier.

Receive Cashback
Once your claim is verified, your point balance will be updated. Redeem points to load funds to your GoodWe Mastercard®.

Find it by logging into the SEMS Portal and going to Settings → My Account or Management → Organization Info.

Simply fill out the online form, upload your proof of purchase, and submit your details.

How long does it take to receive my redemption?
Following a successful KYC verification, the amount you enter in the Load your Card page will be added to the GoodWe Mastercard®.within 3 business days.
