The GoodWe After-Sales Support accounts for the requirements of our customers with a focus on fast issue resolution.
Our ticket-based system offers:
- First Level Support with phone and online contact for troubleshooting and fast problem solving
- Second Level Support by our team of product experts in more than 12 languages
- Third Level Support by specialized engineers located in key markets with R&D support
Additionally, we offer dedicated After-Sales Support to our C&I and utility customers.
GoodWe PLUS+ is our installer loyalty program for Europe, offering several advantages including:

Once qualified, installers automatically receive a warranty extension to 10 years for string inverters up to 20kW and residential hybrid inverters and Batteries up to 30 kW after registration in our SEMS portal.
GoodWe is offering supply of spare parts through our authorized distributor “LetMeRepair”. In the online shop you can buy spare parts and accessories for over 60 product variations.
GoodWe is partnering with two repair centers in Europe to provide service for inverters and batteries. The repair center ensures that older product generations can be fully serviced and stay in operation as long as possible.
Our product experts conduct regular training courses for the service techs to further improve capabilities and repair portfolio.
