Solar-powered EV charging for green and cost-efficient transportation

With rising energy prices on one side and falling feed-in-tariffs on the other, owners of residential solar rooftops are well-advised to maximise self-consumption of the generated PV power. By extending the PV and energy storage system to include charging of electric vehicles (EVs), a high degree of energy independence can be secured. Connecting the EV charger with any GoodWe inverter via the SEMS communication platform enables Solar Charging.
