Strengthening Sustainable Operations
Environmental performance remained a key focus during the year, including organizational carbon management. The Greenhouse Gas Verification Statement has been obtained, covering Scope 1, Scope 2 and key emission categories of Scope 3 for all major operating entities of the Group. GoodWe expanded its portfolio of products with verified environmental credentials to 48 carbon footprint-certified products and 30 Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs). GoodWe also continued developing its low-carbon industrial park model, supporting one of China's first national Zero-carbon Park Initiatives.
Responsible Growth Across the Value Chain
GoodWe further strengthened its ESG governance by enhancing supply chain sustainability, maintaining full coverage of supplier integrity agreements and expanding ESG collaboration with suppliers through the UN Global Compact Sustainable Value Chain Leaders Alliance. Continued investment in innovation, totaling more than RMB 613 million in 2025 for R&D, supported the development of next-generation smart energy technologies and digital energy management solutions.
International Recognition
The company's sustainability efforts received continued international recognition during 2025, including EcoVadis Gold, a B (Management) rating on the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) Climate Disclosure Scale, inclusion in the UN Global Compact Sustainable Value Chain Leaders Alliance, and continued Tier 1 recognition by BloombergNEF and S&P Global for its PV inverter business.
